My Experience
I’ve been an independent leadership coach and organizational consultant for 25 years, coaching and consulting with CEOs, senior executives and managers. More recently, I’ve added retirement coaching to my repertoire, working with those at or near retirement.
I bring a real-world practical approach to my coaching. My background includes leadership positions and overseas assignments with Fortune 500 companies.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from startups to global enterprises, in industries including financial services, biotech, healthcare, high tech, and higher education, among others.
Education and Certifications
My MBA in Management is from Fordham University and my MA in Counseling Psychology is from Columbia. I’ve also completed substantial coursework toward a PhD.
I’m certified as a Retirement Coach. I’m also certified in the use of a number of assessments, including the EQ-i2.0, the first scientifically validated assessment of emotional intelligence; the Retirement Success ProfileTM; and the LifeOptions ProfileTM. I’m proficient in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode assessment (TKI), and the FIRO-B.
